Jim Leyland, head coach of the Florida Marlins has managed Major League Baseball teams for the past 13 seasons.  During that time, he coached 1711 Major League games.  His 850 wins rank sixth among Major League managers.  What is the average number of games that Leyland coached each year, and what percent of his games as a coach did he win?
